i don't care bout the doctors. you should have enough awareness at this point to realize he shouldn't play anymore for his own safety. i do think Tua too stupid for his own good. his family needs to sit his ass down.

He's not Josh Allen, he's not Cam Newton. He should not be running into anyone.

He needs to retire. Some of that money is guaranteed so he’s good there imo. I’m pretty sure he has wife and young kids. Gotta put that into consideration.

A lot of these players will risk dying on the field just to play. If he can't learn to protect himself, then he should retire.

He refuses to protect himself which is even worse. He had the 1st down, there was no fukking reason to dive head first into a player smh. He was looking real bad and shaky walking to the locker room too...

I don't think he'll retire. The contract and the guilt of walking away will compel him to return at some point this season. But clearly Miami fukked up. Sure it's a lot easier to get worse at QB than better at QB in the NFL but somebody has to take a risk one day. Giving mediocre QBs with questionable medical records a massive contract isn't a good idea. Miami was getting outclassed before Tua got hurt too, so it's not like they are contending for shyt.

Tua is incapable of protecting himself on the football field.

Crazy that he would dive HEAD FIRST into a defender considering his concussion history.

Dolphins were insane to give a huge extension to Tua.

This would probably create drama with the union, but if I were Stephen Ross, Tua wouldn't see the field again. And then I'd take the cap hit after I cut him in the offseason.

I think he truly thought that he was "healed". It's just crazy, you see how Lamar avoids direct hits..a lot of QBs able to avoid big head on hits. Tua simply cannot.

He has to, since he has no idea about sliding/avoiding unnecessary contact he puts himself in all the time

But he will return in week 4 or 5
