I met this nice lil mexican chick at my job who gave me her number i was supposed to smash earlier but i fukked up. But ever since then every time i texted her she texted back quik and kept the convo going. Asking me about my personal wellbeing and shyt like that. The only issue is it doesnt seem like shell text unless i do first. Should i chaulk it as the bytch dont really feel me or wat? Plus i used a line from a movie to break the ice and i dont think she fukked wit that too much

First off, if you care about that job in the slightest then I highly recommend you don't pursue anything other than a friendship with her. I've seen that go south more than once (and I experienced it before as well).

But if it's just a temporary job and you want to see what happens, I don't think it's a big deal that she doesn't text first because of the bolded. I might be alone with this opinion, but sometimes chicks (and dudes too) are just weird about things like this. She might not be into you, but maybe she's worried about seeming thirsty. Sometimes you need to establish a real rapport before she will initiate conversations.

Just don't let it bug you, and don't get upset about it. It's not a big deal brodie.
