I get cha but with this you will have players who will declare for the sake of declaring knowing they can go back to school. They dont get drafted, and then you have to worry about how can you give them a scholarship, etc. Not only that, your team has went through spring practice and almost undoubtably locked down thei spots on the depth chart only to have to wait and see if X player will get drafted bc of the rosk of him coming back to school.
