Rapists should be under the jail.

How you say, "no ,no officers don't arrest him he's rich, I'll just take a check and my p*ssy will be ok?"" He raped me but the check will make it ok.

No type of trauma or even anything that had the supposed victim scared for her life and really going through it like "rape victims".

Nope these people have to do hard time. People say it will prevent women from coming out, but forget that a lot these women coming out are only doing so for a check. Reading to many stories of dudes being accused then the chick saying she lied or it didn't happen. A harsh penalty will either make women come right up with the proof etc. Or think twice about lying about it.

if its flat out proven she lied maliciously. the accuser should get the same exact sentence her victim would have received

You could say this is why women accuse men of rape, because women will be believed.

The amount of estrogen that you produce daily should be illegal:scust:

Umm no. Go talk to any average paralegal or lawyer, it is easy as fukk to get a rape case thrown out or dismissed. You're confusing a couple of the high priority cases and assuming that's the average.

Rape is typically a traumatic experience and traumatic experiences lead to lapses in detail. A couple of lapses is all that's needed to bring up reasonable doubt. Any kind of alcohol? Reasonable doubt? Any kind of sexual history? Doubt.

You'd be surprised but rapists know who to target. Meek or shy girls, girls that might have had problems growing up, girls that might have been wild in college, ugly girls, girls that like to go clubbing etc.

Contrary to popular belief, it's much harder to pin a false rape on a man and have it stick than it is to rape someone and get away with it.

That being said, any chick who lies about a rape should absolutely get punished but it should be done in a way that benefits both victims (Male and female) because we don't girls to not admit to lies because they just don't wanna get in trouble.

-Accused names need to be kept private and locked/sealed until the case has been dealt with.

-Women who come forward of their own volition should get reduced punishment as incentive. I don't like the idea of it but I'd rather false accusers get punished less if it means it'll save an innocent man of jail time or scrutiny.

-Women who get caught lying and falsifying accusations should serve whatever sentence the man was gonna serve plus be put onto the sex offender registry for life. Using sex as a weapon to damage is sex offender shyt.

Difficulties in Prosecuting Date Rape Charges

Same way cops get off with funneling money for damages over jail time when killing people, breh.

Lawyers work for and with the system. It's extremely hard to get rape convictions and lawyers often throw plea deals out, with lesser charges, because it's better than the alternative. Rape cases can also be brutal for victims and hard to deal with.

You know how black men feel when they see an innocent black man's character attacked to make it seem justifiable about his murder?

They do that same shyt to women with rape and it's really fukking easy too. I was actually involved with a case where a dude got off because he was "attractive" and she was meh. The chick had bruises on her neck and arms, vaginal tearing consistent with rough sex, and was visibly distraught even being in the room with the dude but she had posted an Instagram picture (Literally) of a celebrity dude who looked like the defendant as a man-crush and a Facebook status of liking her men "manly" which brought reasonable doubt.

So sometimes, people take money and choose not to pursue it because they think it's pointless or not worth it. Or they listened to a lawyer who they trusted. Or they don't feel like dealing with a brutal cross examination in front of loved ones and people they care about to hear their character assassinated. Lot goes into these things, breh.

I see people saying this but what is the justification behind it? How does liars being prosecuted prevent someone who isn't lying from coming forward? Even more importantly why is a man's right to justice expected to take a back seat to an imaginary hypothetical situation?

This right here is spot on
