if i tell you i dont believe in a basic math book.

then you show me 2+2=4. i still say i dont believe in that crap. it cant be proven to be true.
then you show me 1 apple and 1 apple = 2 apples. i agree.
then you show me 2 apples = 2 apples = how many apples?
i say 4 apples.

then you say. whats the difference between that and 2+2=4?
i wont have an answer for that. but uhhh maybe you're right. let me look at that book and see what they talking about in there.

of course i wont believe it or agree with it. i need to understand all it together as a whole first. then let it marinate. then come a conclusion.

if the answer is YES. then if i add in the bible talk. does it make since for what was said in that good book to be TRUE? YES

and for real... it's really easy to say I forgive someone.

but my feelings say otherwise.

atleast you're being honest. listen to that sermon in its entirety. and let it marinate.

but if you feel something tugging you to let it go for REAL. then let it go for REAL. like i said to the above poster. aint no reason for you to hang on to that nonsense. it only hurts you. its literally like weights holding you down. it can actually bother you physically(depression, anxiety issues, high blood pressure, etc.) it will add stress in your life. no matter how much under control you think you have it.

but again listen to it all let it sit and see what happens.

at the end of the day. you're grown. i cant MAKE you do anything. i know this. and so do you. so dont be bothered by me pushing it. i'm pushing it because obviously i care about you getting something out of it. it aint from a selfish place of me trying to tell you the Lord is coming to burn you in hell. i could say that. but i didnt. like i said. we know you DONT have to do anything you DONT want to do. but i would still say before you say something isnt what you want to hear. listen to it all. then think about it then if its nonsense to you.push on.
oh and one more thing. you said based on your experiences. i agree you have your own experiences. i have mine. what i do know is this. today you watching some of that video your are having an experience. the problem is you're basing what you have always thought on your old experiences. not given this experience a full look. this is why i said watch it all first before you make a final statement. you may still feel a certain way regardless. but just maybe. you wont. maybe there's something at the 39:35 spot that may make you go Hummmm. maybe this is on to something i never thought about. you never know. again if it would kill you. i wouldnt tell you to do it. since me and you both know it wont hurt. but hey its on you in the end. i apologize if i insulted you.
