Shouldn't Higher Learning be a main forum?

This really isnt a big deal just asking. You see the main forum index, for each forum I guess you see the most recent thread with a post as the headline. Being that Hire Learning is supposed to be a news/current event/etc type forum I would think that would be one of the main forums. I know if you click 'The Locker Room' you can then see that displayed in the sub headings, but say there's a major event like an earthquake or something of that magnitude, you'd clearly see it in the heading next to HL on the main forum index, as opposed to having to click the locker room to see what major events could be goin on there. I think ya'll have done a good job here, once again just doing my due diligence.
