OP is obviously trying to make a point here.

However, in this scenario a black athlete wouldn't be told by the masses to "stick to sports" either

Even tho they would probably be thinking it:mjpls:

I guarantee they'll be like "let's get this season started to distract from the tragedy"

I completely understand your point breh. I know it's frustrating hearing them use that talking point when blacks stand up for themselves but this is just bad timing. He's raising money for people in need right now and a lot of those people are black.

OP kinda has a point. If say Russell Wilson posted on his IG an American Flag, the U.S. troops or some "What about black on black crime, what about Chicago" bullshyt. Most of these racist ass fans would have ZERO issue with it. He would be praised.

But if he posted some BLM, anti police brutality, pro black, black empowerment stuff, those same MFs who were praising him before would be like
"Stick to sports Russ" :camby:

Is op not trolling and poking fun of the hypocrisy of the Kaepernick situation?
Of course he's doing that. But check the bolded. This is NOT the time to make a point. Point to Br*dy's MAGA hat or something
