Before I lost all my tools and shyt, Oil Change, Tire Change and Brake pad changes were done regularly, If my damn car didnt require all this disassembling of manifolds and shyt just to get to the fukking spark plugs I'd do my own tune ups. Basic preventative maintenance and most cases will save you from ever having to spend on major repairs in the future, First time I changed my own tire @ 18 a light bulb went off, and realize I had a passion for fixing shyt. There's no better feeling in the world then solving a problem other than self sufficience.
Also while men should know the basics car maintenance, women really need to know this shyt too, Too many women think all they supposed to do is drive a car, then abandon it at the first sign of trouble, (in most cases an issue with O2 sensors, worn rotors or fuel injection line). That's that bullshyt. Take that shyt to the shop and get it fix, MF be thinking the slightest car trouble is an excuse to get a new ride.
Brehs, At the very least know how to change a tire so you dont get exposed out here, you can put money to the side to pay somebody to get the other shyt done when the need arises.
