My problem with these "you can do it too" instagram trainer-thots is yea, it's good that they went through some adversity and started excercising but they never seem to tell people about the work they had done.

Don't tell someone that they can get great results when you had your ass and t*ts done. Tell them that. It actually messes with people who don't know any better trying to get a body that is not possible without surgery. These broads are fake to me. You don't want girls or young women following shyt like this.
