As many of us are making plans to improve in the new year, something I haven’t seen mentioned much is how much time we spend online.
A lot of people are focused on their phones even when in the presence of friends and family, robbing them of your attention.
So post your results for the last 10 days, which honestly a lot of us were off so it will be unusually high. But, it should still be an indication.
