I don't know about his politics, but i always found it suspicious how he inflates his numbers. Dude acts like his company is worth millions or has the potential to net investors a huge future payoff. But every financial website values his as company bringing an annual revenue closer to the 20k to 30K range. and even if his comics were to break through a become a larger independents like say Image Comics. They've been around since the 90s and are only 5 million today. Even Dark Horse is only a 23 million company and they had licenses to publish for major properties like Star Wars, Aliens, and Predators. Keep in mind these are brands you can find in any comic shop or book store. I haven't seen his product on shelves.

I'm not trying to hate or anything, i just do my research when a company asks me to invest money in it.

First i want to point out that 170K is alot lower than your were initially advertising it to us as you value.
I generally don't go by sec filings alone, because you submit those numbers yourself. Not saying you are some wolf of wallstreet type dude that would lie, but even i would research ways to make myself look better to investors that straddles the line of legality without crossing it, or at least crossing in a way where i or the company could be held liable. So i look at you sec report and i immediately have more questions. Like How did you sales quintuple but your cost of goods sold only double? Was it just a price increase, a new cheaper way to produce? If your current liabilities are greater than than your cash on hand liquidity, how are you going to handle a slump or better yet a massive increase? Are taking out loans with people? Whats the reputation of the CPA you used to validate your balance sheet? Questions like that are why I also research using third party financial analytics companies that research independently based on publicly available commercial data.
For example i can check your credit history via you Duns number or consult with a brokerage firm to have them perform an analysis of your stock value. Whatever i need for a full picture. Doing my due diligence and coming up with a different conclusion than you have isn't meant to generate any hostility. I just feel based on my research, that you are overvaluing your company and it's future earnings potential. The End.
