Shower before bed or after waking up?

Usually both but depend what I'm doing on the day, like gym, cutting grass, sex, etc. so must take a shower before I go bed. I always take a shower in the morning.

Before bed. My commute is a heaux, and I value sleep because I don't get quality rest on a consistent basis.

Summer months, sometimes situation calls for 2-3 showers a day.

Unless you work out everyday you dont need to shower everyday. You just don't get that dirty that quick Unless you do something weird. And again, showering twice a day is BAD for you.
