I mainly purchased a filtered shower head to try "water only washing" on my hair. If you aren't into natural hair care, you probably don't know what it is or the reasons for it, but it should be self-explanatory for the most part.
I wasn't gonna do it with a normal shower head because hard water is bad for your hair and skin. I also have bad psoriasis but I've been able to keep it under control for the most part through different oils and moisturizing.
Listen... I haven't had ANY psoriasis flares since buying a filtered shower head. I haven't used any type of oil or moisturizer on my hair or skin since buying it, and my hair is soft and my skin is smooth. I still use soap to wash my body lol, but nothing in the facial region.I haven't had any flakes or anything. I just wash my face and rinse my hair and beard in the shower, and that's it. I'm eventually gonna get a full home filtration system but for now I'm just using a filtered shower head.
