I like Graceland 
Suits is awesome.
And Psych is still a fun show. The rest of their lineup is pretty middle of the road though.
I still think they fukked up by canceling The 4400.

They got some good time wasting stuff. I fukked with White Collar for a little while and Burn Notice. Also I've heard Suits is dope but I've yet to peep it.
USA is one of the main reasons I never gave basic cable shows like the shyt on AMC a chance until Breaking Bad and Walking Dead pulled me in. That USA shyt used to remind me of them syndicated shows from the 90's like Baywatch and VIP. 
Glad I got over that shyt after peepin Breaking Bad on Netflix before season 5.

are you a 45-year old housewifeI can see why about the other two, but what is wrong with NCIS?
NCIS averages 20 million viewers per episode making it one of the most watch shows on tv, and you call it lame?

White Collar and Covert Affairs are the only two shows I watch on USA. My friends tell me Suits is good so I might check it out.
