Raw is War from July '97 in Halifax that had that USA vs. Canada flag match that was a crazy crowd, HBK could barely cut his promo the heat was so intense.
There were some Raw's and PPV's in the summer of '99 that had some great crowds
ECW PPV's in the late 90's were always crazy.
