not really because TWD has never really shown it's full potentialThe Walking Dead is on it's way to being a prime candidate for this shyt.
still boggles my mind that it went another 5 seasons and stopped being about weed other than a sprinkle of hash in s7(didnt watch 8)Weeds should have ended after Agrestic went up in smoke![]()

cant disagree, from the point the writers started hinting that the 2 leads could be homo i was likeHeroes is probably the worst fall off of any tv series in history. shyt went from the biggest tv phenomenon to be a fukking joke in the span of a year.
Nip/Tuck fell off hard after the first couple of seasons.
Mistift just wasn't the same after Nathan left, the chemistry of the whole show was off.

The Shield season 7 is its finest season. The only season that wasn't really needed was season 6. That's six seasons of piffcant disagree, from the point the writers started hinting that the 2 leads could be homo i was like
As for heroes the less said the better, when it became the sylar hour i was truly done. I cant believe dexter ran as long as it did 2 seasons was enough for me..
I was reading a thread and someone mentioned how Showtime shows are developing a bad reputation of starting off strong but ending very weak. Breaking Bad was awesome due to many factors but one of the main factors I believe was that the story lasted only 5 seasons, had that been on another network they would have milked Heisenburg for about a couple more season and probably wouldn't have ended epic as it did.
So what shows would have benefited being cut shorter and how long would you have made it?
My picks:
The Wire - only 4 seasons... should have ended after season 4
Dexter - 5 seasons, after Trinity season 5 should have been the fall out and Dexter's end
Weeds - 3 seasons, story was told after the third season it should have ended then
Saturday Night Live - should have ended once the new millennium came along in 2000, really hasn't been good ever since
MadTV - should have ended when Aries Spears and the bulk of the originals left

It bothered me cuz the actor was clearly a homo with a lisp to boot and the character was suppose to be shown in small doses not a full blown regular. They ran with the sylar shyt to the extent that peter ended up looking weak, which was ass backwards. The show was called heroes not villians after allFocusing on Syler didn't even bother me that much, but that shyt where they made ONE family the center of that fukking universe and attempted to connect every fukking character. Then you had characters developing powers that other characters previous had....

The Walking Dead is on it's way to being a prime candidate for this shyt.
