Thats how it be. Alottq women will be recording dumb videos of themselves rocking back and forth playing with they hair or taking ass pictures but in real life be weird around someone they find attractive.

I doubt anyone is saying the chances arent better at a social event. But if you find someone interesting out and about, just let him go because you didnt see him at a social event?
Everyone I know who is in happy long standing relationships met at times when they were receptive to social interaction. I don't know one that met off of a cold approach.
