I have read about the case. Maybe Puff did some shiesty things, but this STARTS with Shyne pulling out a gun in a crowded club and shooting. Didnt even shoot the guy they was beefin wit! Hits some random chick in the face.Then he runs out the club with the gun and is caught immediately. As a lawyer let me tell you thats not tough case to prove against him, despite what Puff did. And what some of you may call "sheisty" things, were probably strategy moves from his lawyer.

For one I can tell you rigght now Puff's lawyer was NOT going to represent Shyne too. Dude is high powered defense attorney. If Puff would have asked him to rep Shyne too, the dude who actually shot up the club AND got cught with the burner right outside the club, trust me he would have looked at Puff like

Ask yourselves this. Do you REALLY think Puff wanted Shyne to do that sh!t? That Matthew guy threw money at Puff. So the fukk what? What them couple dollars mean to Puffy? Definetly not worth shootin up the spot!

Valid points in there concerning the lawyers, and not one of us, will know what really happened, but from all the reading I did back then, I know the other dudes from BK pulled guns too, it wasn't just Shyne, the whole situation escalated quickly, but it started with Puff stunting on people, and these dudes hating on Puff, Shyne, Jlo, Wolf. It was some local cats, mid level drug guys, and Puff comes in with a fukking R&B diva, buying the bar, they felt disrespected. Just look at any vid of Puff, the ciroc/Grey Goose one, and that's how his ass probably was acting. There were more shots fired, and shellcases found then the three missing from Shyne's 9mm.

Nobody's beef is with Giuliani or the NY courts. It's with Diddy. I pray for yall friends. Some of yall sound like straight up disloyal b*stards.

Good, if you don't begrudge the courts, you understand that with the case joined they BOTH would have been fried. And the snake move Puff was accused of when this whole thing went down was to separate the cases and that is what Shyne was originally upset about. With Puff behind bars, company crashes and there is no seven figures to write a check with. That being said I would have definitely looked out for him and his peoples while he was locked down.

I agree with you, Puff should have had a fat check waitin for Shyne when he got out, but as far as why Shyne was sittin in that cell, I blame no one but him for that.

I read this in Mark Curry's book Dancing with the Devil. Now remember, this dude was bitter & disgruntled with Bad Boy at the time. So......ehh But Puff walked into the club & it was packed heavy. He asked people to make a way for him, ego tripping or whatever. So he decided to throw a bunch of money in the air to clear people out. nikkas did what nikkas do & some people got pissed at Diddy for getting scuffed up, drinks spilled, etc. Some dude went up to Diddy to tell him he ain't appreciate it. Diddy acted like Diddy. Situation escalated. Dude threw money back in Diddy's face to show him what it felt like. Fight was about to break out. Diddy likely didn't have his whole security team there, therefore Shyne started busting

form the numerous accoutns it seems like dudes were about to literally kill puffy right where he stood and shyne stopped that with his goon actions

i think the notion that shyne was being absolutely wreckless is kind of wrong

it seems like it was rather shyne and puffy get shot up or shyne shoots the place up there was no way it would have ended without something getting shot up
