I always referred to what I knew and lived. Around my Sketch City album I went way more fact based. And that's my content. Grew up in a single parent home and bounced around North Etobicoke and Rexdale buildings.

But ya, I was listening to Nas' It was written and he embellishes his rhymes there - but his stories still have facts and truths.

I hear you, a big part is entertainment.

But then you have serious, no nonsense, crafted artists like Krs One, Mc Shan, Easy E, Eminem, Etc.

There's something very special about that.

I've been running my label since 2002. I do work in the field of law. I chose to work at McDonald's (Rexdale) and pay for my education where I saw my friends get into crime, and die.

My dad (r.i.p) never worked in Law.
