Yeah my G, Shyne is heavy into politics going by his Instagram because of his father. Apart from his rapping career mis step after coming out of jail (even though his Gangland mixtape was banging), he seems to be in a good place in life living in Belize.

Breh , I remember you saying you were a huge Shyne stan back in the day .... do you know if that MTV special that he had while he was locked up is lingering around the internet ... I haven't seen that joint since I was like 9 and have been looking for it for the longest .

I don't remember a documentary at all, google came up with a MTV news story about Mark Walhberg and Shyne doing a joint documentary about their lives ....

By 2004, I still fukked with Shyne, and that 'Godfather Buried Alive' album, but I spent so much time in the streets fukking around, straight out of high school, I would have probably missed that documentary anyway.

I remember that mtv interview. I think there was also a vibe magazine story. shyne had so much potential coming out of prison. All hip hop was anticipating him getting out. Even the Game wanted to sign him. his life has just taken a different route. old shyne is gone. but hes still making big moves out there. I wonder how different things would be if the usa had let him in the country.
