People really don't want to see this. Even though its so obvious.
Life on Earth is the original "Open World" game. Add in factors that point to spacetime being pixelated, the observer effect, the very nature of dreams as an illusion within an illusion and the math does itself.
Thats 60 years.
What do you expect after 600? Or 6000? Still think thats air you're breathing?
My interests are beyond this realm because its obviously all playing out inside my awareness anyway. Now if you take those sensory input devices and turn them around to look at what actually does the looking.... Then you'll see something. Just how the blind spot at the back of your lying eyes is responsible for allowing vision to process.
It's all about seeing what sees or as MJ eloquently said when he visited this planet:
"I am the thinker, the thinking, the thought".
Marinate on that. The feelings of discomfort are symptoms of the programming designed to keep you immersed. If you stick to the script. Like a horse with blinkers on vs a natural one in its element.
