This needs to be a separate thread. I’m serious. There’s a lotta caregivers who probably aren’t even aware of this type of shyt.:ohhh::dwillhuh::dwillhuh::dwillhuh::dwillhuh:
I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for one of my older nikkas he put me on game

Funny thing is they advertise on the radio frequently but nobody pays attention

It cost Medicaid a lot more $ to send a actual home attendant than to pay you to do it

Sounds like the beginning of a food truck to me:ohhh::russ:
But frfr people underestimate how big a demand their is for food preparation these days.
Pandemic forced alot of creativity. Food truck or farmers markets are the move. Jist have your paperwork in order for when them Karen's come out. Permit police is real

Yep! Also not just cooking. I know a teacher that used to do a fluff and fold laundry service for people in her apartment complex. $50 per week or $200 a month. For 8 people. She offset her rent doing this shyt. And did it with the washer and dryer included in her complex.:ohhh:

Any skill set people take for granted in relationships (cooking, cleaning) is being monetized.:ohhh:

Yea it's not about trying to get rich. It's about that offset. You can easily make a monthly payment on a car selling a service people need. Used that stimmy money and bought a heavy duty KitchenAid and been blessed since.

Folks just need to use the talents God gave them to cake. :blessed:

The amount of people who want to eat home made pastries alone is something i underestimated.

IF YOU GOT UP FRONT CAPITOL TO WORK WITH, CRYPTO MINING IS DECENT TO GREAT PASSIVE INCOME.

IT CAN HAVE A MASSIVE UP FRONT COST DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU GET INTO.

I met a former student who was doing this…dunno what his hourly pay was but he was pretty excited about the job…from how he explained it, he was lucky enough that he didn't even have to talk to anyone…he just responded from a computer…this was before the pandemic tho so he had to physically report to work

This is my job now but at home. No phone :blessed:

@ the bolded, there's simply no better way to put it.

You're right about penny stocks too. I lost like... $64k on a penny stock last year... :mjcry: Edit: Which makes that $370k net increase even more impressive.

Brehs stay away from penny stocks.

Yes sir man ETFs is easy money. I learned to with these ETFs is treat that shyt like crypto. Take a little profit when that shyt run up and hold when it dips then buy the dips. Or just overall keep cash on the side and buy them hard ass dips when shyt dips 8, 9, 10, 11 dollars. Then go in even harder for bad market corrections. With VOO, VTI or SPY its just printing money with them dips.

I thought about buying an atm machine from this guy that was selling it. I forgot the initial startup cost but it was already in a club.

The way it works is you just fill it with cash and refill when it gets low. The club gets a cut of the transaction fee but the rest goes into your pocket. That’s pretty much it. The ONLY downside is you gotta ride around with like $8k in cash and if someone watches you they could easily pick up on your routine and rob you. The guy selling it said he never got robbed tho.

You could ride around with less cash but then you’d have to do more frequent drops. You wanna try to do your drops during the day. Last thing you need is your atm running low on a Friday night and have to go replenish it or lose money.
