I do different kinds, but the signature one does have okra and even people who don't like it (myself included) like it
I'm good on the mac n cheese tho :smile:

I dated a girl in the military once who was from Louisiana. She didn't know how to make gumbo.
It didn't work out.

Maybe. She was sexy as hell. And with a crazy body. Face wasn't all that, but when we'd go outside all the black guys in town would stare and be like "Raul you can't handle all that, son"

I cook a lot mostly Italian. Eggplant parm would probably be my signature dish.
When I was a kid, I was at a party once and mistakenly ate half an eggplant parm thinking it was chicken parm.
