2015 diversity report card

Long read. I won't copy and paste it but it has breakdowns of the top 5 tech companies and the demographic makeup of each company is graded by Engadget.

Interesting read. Have to give credit to Apple. It was the only company that had black tech engineers overrepresented in ratio to their actual college numbers. Plus they have the most ambitious programs for miniority recruitment right now.

4.6 percent of black students in computer science in American Colleges and universities.
7 percent of Apple engineers were black.
