The similarities that I see are both having 2 of the most comprehensive subway systems in the country, both are heavily gentrified, both are apartment cities, both very expensive, both cities are having their natives pushed out of the city. For one, PG grimy as shyt. At least Queens has semi-clean areas. The cultures aren't similar at all either.
