That's like asking why men get hair transplants instead of just shaving it off. The answer is always the same: Fear.

Most people have something they're insecure about, and what society's values can put pressure on people to live up to that. When short men are turned into the butt of jokes and a subject of revulsion by women, it's logical then for a short man to pay for height surgery so he feels more confident. If fat women with flat bodies are treated the same way, then it's logical for them to get implants/bbls and develop eating disorders/use ozempic.

If people are told tacitly and explicitly(young people have no filter, so they likely grew up being bullied) that features you have zero control over are ugly, then it's logical for them to use technology to give themselves some sense of peace.

She was fine just how she was, and I'm sure her man liked her the way she was too but she sees herself all the time on TV and on the internet and sees the comments of people making fun of her appearance and the likes that those comments get. The love of your day ones sometimes isn't enough to counteract the negativity and your insecurity wins. ESPECIALLY if you have the money for body modification.

Shout out to her for owning it. It’s not like it’s a secret. Many women or people would augment themselves if they didn’t fear pain or could afford it. She looks nice and probably happier.

My Wife is done having babies. Once she gets and stays at a weight she wants to be, she might want a lift. Who am I to deny me I mean her wants? We I mean she deserves them.
