It should be government subsidies (as I’ve said previously) so as to not drain the economy.

Free college and loan forgiveness
Free public transit
A housing subsidy against your income for a percentage of what you pay to live
Funds allocated specifically for black home ownership
Funds allocated specifically for black business loans


And

They should tax the companies that were started from and benefitted from slave labor (in tobacco, sugar, cotton, whiskey, and other cash crops from the 1800s)
