As a former UNO world champion, only wack players say you can't stack in uno. They're scared of getting hit with that +2 and +4 combo.

Craps in casinos you can have 7 as a win, but if you roll a 7 again you’ll crap out. In the streets you can hit 7 all day and win the bet. Only way to do that in casinos is to hit 7 then 11. And I’m pretty sure both do this but I’ve only seen high stake bets on the street for harder points (10 to 4)
