lyrically no
as an artist no
as a rapper no

impact maybe

8ball
MJG
Scarface
Wayne
Andre
Big Boi
Bun B

that's off top
as an solo artist he is way better and his legacy is bigger than 8ball, MJG, Bun B and as crazy as it sounds, big boy too......Stacks really not a solo rap artist, so u take him out too

Yall dudes be trying to equate groups or duo in terms of "SOLO RAPPERS" nahhhhh

Breh did you smoke a couple blunts before reading this thread?

Kriss Kross ain't all time because they ain't all time. It don't matter if they dropped 40 years ago, or last week.

MJG/Ball/Scarface dropping albums recently don't change the fact that they came out 25-30 years ago, so Jeezy has the benefit of being the newer artist. Again, he'll lose that benefit eventually and be in the same boat as MJG/Ball/Scarface which makes the criteria you're using completely useless for determining something like all time placement.
More people currently listen to Taylor Swift than Ella Fitzgerald....does that mean she ranks higher all time as an artist? The Itunes argument is especially

since "all time" obviously predates something like Itunes, or the internet.

Again, all time means all time. Not the last decade. Not who young people currently listen to.

Fred.
Pac been dead 20 years hes still my most listened to artist, so your argument doesnt really hold up here.

If you rank mjg/8ball higher that means since itunes came out (or even past 10 years) then theyd still be played more by you than jeezy. Unless you are saying you havnt listened to 8ball/mjg since the 90s, which means they aint make timeless music :usure:

I still listen to thug motivation 101 :usure: do you still listen to 8ball and mjg 1st album from 1993? :usure: here let me answer for you, that answer is no, you probably havnt listened to it in at least 10 years
