Apparently he was part of D4vd inner circle, theres (alleged) text messages between the victim and her friend detailing being raped by Gus, at some point d4vd unfollowed Gus on IG which seemed to raise red flags with the younger demo who's knowledgeable about this whole situation, the victims brother says he knew who Gus was and that he was killed, he doesnt go into further details about this Gus person in the convo I read but, the brother says he gave police info about D4vd and his sister in 2024 but police ultimately said there was a lack of evidence to investigate further.

I did see like another 4 or 5 photos of d4vd and the victim together and her identity seems to be being purposefully obscured in some of them
