Sorry for the late response. Im sure the police have been involved, but I dont know the full details of C's life, it seemed to me that she has had a broken home life / family life because the way my sister put it, she would never be home and always be out. Seems like the parent relationship wasn't there, and im not sure if he's still paying or not, I can ask my sister and get back to you.

Edit: I asked my sister and she said she isn't sure, but I saw a news article of the picture of the girl and my sister confirmed that it is indeed C.

Nah man that's statutory rape. The parents can't consent to you just fukkin their kid. He is 20, she is 15. She was 13 when her mother reported her missing. All she knew was that her daughter had a boyfriend named "David". A minor lying about their age is not a defense.
