the story about him recording songs in his sisters closet was epic, sad to see him throw it all away. his manager is just as fault, he was supposed to have his back but he was too worried about getting fired if he spoke up about the girl.

you're right about the body, probably too decomposed but it was still in his car but a lot of people used that car. this is where traffic cameras, tesla gps, and cell phone pings come into play. theres too many cameras for him to get totally away with it, the fact that if he or whoever did it left the body in the tesla indicates they took no precautions.

i’m completely surprised how the family has gotten a pass - there has to be some type of laws for protection of a minor, her parents or guardians should have been immediately in trouble when the story popped off

I'm not sure...but I'm looking at the facts and what is known....the body will almost no DNA on it due to decomposing. The prosecution, forensic analyst and CSI team has to identify when the teenager was murdered. That's the 1st step to recreate a scenario of cause. Next the fact that he didn't report the vehicle missing at anytime makes him credible of knowing something malicious. He will be sued by the family like the Goldman's sued OJ for wrongful death.
They gotta find out how she was killed, the weapon used if used, and they need DNA of D4vd, retrieved from her body.
They can also use his cellphone to triangulate whether he was around the area the day they dropped the car off.
Plus surveillances. This is why it's taking so long. They don't have any hard evidence on him besides the Tesla being in his name and not reporting it stolen.
Aaron Hernandez got caught because of DNA on him, shell case and cellphone triangulation. If he did bring his cellphone or chew gum and spit it out, and used a revolver he would've gotten off.
For murder convictions you have to prove without a doubt or be convincing that he or she did the killing. And without a murder weapon and a badly decomposed body and DNA...you ain't got shyt
you're right nobody has been arrested yet, it doesnt mean it wont happen. this is a complicated case in LA, this is a high profile case with big money involved. this is nothing like foolios situation though. lets say he doesnt get murder charges, hes still getting pedo charges down the line
