I’m trying to look at this from all angles to keep this thread going but it all leads to one answer

we could simply wait for new developments, The guy is a named suspect that´s a development getting arrested is another.

As of now all I see is him geauxing to jail for being a malignant pervert. That's all they have on based on the discord information and pictures that are out there on the web. Plus witnesses of the minor teenager that says Celeste and D4vd were in a relationship.

I'm not privy to sex offender crimes like that only the psychology of it due to my undergrad studies at University, but I'm sure it's illegal to be in a non sexual relationship with a minor.

Grooming has to be illegal. Plus she was sleeping around in his space and in his residence. Where there is smoke there is fire.

So I'm not even sure if they need direct physical evidence that he sexually assaulted the minor teenager to get him convicted of sexual relations with a minor.

But I'm not privy to laws and the statues that follows them.

He should be in jail for that alone.

They probably could bag him if he´s on discord with her.

I think the sticking point will be the mother having to admit she okéd it or was so neglectful that she didn´t know and I think she wouldn´t want to admit to that so unless they just say weird nikka was around an 13 year old the end.


He might be able to wiggle out from that.
