Do any of you honestly feel like there's no one out there of the opposite sex that will sincerely care about you and your happiness? I'm talking about self-less acts that are done out of love and caring for you. Think like the car door test in A Bronx Tale type things. A person doing things for you that they don't really get anything out of except your happiness.

I got a homeboy who was on the phone with his fiance and mentioned he was hungry and hadn't eaten all day and she went miles out of her way to bring some of the dinner she made to him before going to work. He didn't ask her to, she did it cause she cared. I also have a homegirl who was bed ridden for like a week and highly contagious and her boyfriend who lives on the other side of town stopped by every day to see how she was doing and bring her soup even when she told him not to so he wouldn't get sick.

All of our single friends believe stuff like those two stories are an anomaly and don't even happen in dating anymore because people only care about what you can do for them and are only looking out for themselves. Is the dating game really leaving everyone with that mentality? Is it really that bad in them skreets?

I need some answers coli, lettuce be reality with each other for a second. Has that thought ever crossed your mind.....Anytime.
