This problem isn't just unique to my area brother. Women in general have a problem finding quality men and vice versa.... But to answer your question, I would say that the cool real deal brothers down here are involved in the church, academia, or creative things like poetry. I'm in to history (mostly African american history) and believe it or not we have plenty of exhibits that come and go here that a lot of pretty cool brothers go to (myself included) But dudes arent looking to holla either they go with the flow. My advice to her is to go out and get involved in the community and do things she likes to do. She should find a cool person who is like minded in no time. Its easy to get caught up in the lifestyle down here or caught up in some fukkery but the people who stand out are above all that.
