I live in an apartment by the beach in Pacific Beach. It's a neighborhood for people in their early to mid 20's in San Diego, CA. It's perfect weather year-round, usually between 60-80 degrees. I eat well, mostly organic, and drink on the weekends. I work out every day, usually involving a run by the beach, the MMA gym, or hitting the weights (my squat game is pretty hard to beat).

I'm not really saving myself, I just don't consider myself available at all. With the way divorce laws work and the likelihood of it happening, I don't really see the point. I don't really want kids, and if I die after massing millions of dollars (I'm in my last year of law school, so this is very likely to happen) I'll will some of it to my favorite young family member and give the rest to a science related non-profit organization. I was always a big science fan. In addition, according to many reports from biotechnicians, I could live well past 100 years. Yes, literally.

I like these boards because the conversation is good and they make classes more bearable. I used to be on Reddit and ***** but they suck compared to here because they're not as funny or they're incredibly weird. I don't like dating because it's money wasted on someone that more than likely has no personality and demands to be treated like a princess by default. Usually these women grow into their 30's and 40's wondering where the nice guys they knew in their 20's went.

Nah, not really interested in settling down with a woman after everyone else has had their turn and she's got all those depraved sex acts out of her system. I just don't like the idea of running into every man in her social circle awkwardly wondering if they were having hot, sweaty, freaky ass sex at one point. Imagine that. Awkward, right? I like the thought of staying unattached and instead looking every woman I meet as a chance at exploration.

Well said, and I think your perspective fits many of us. I agree on the philosophy on dating/marriage. The numbers don't lie, and it just seems that there are some people out there who feel like they can beat the statistics/have way to high an opinion of themselves/ego/etc.

Most women I come across are already bitter and angry at the opposite sex. You also have those who are convinced/like the challenge of trying to take a man and mold him into a male reflection of their image......no thanks...

Sorry to interrupt, I just have a question. My sister lives in S. Florida, in Miami. She's a sweet girl, very cute, mid-20s having a problem finding a good, serious relationship. Do you have any insight as far as where she could meet some nice professional types? Not necessarily ballers, she's not shallow. Just someone who is stable and reliable and has a plan. Do guys like that even live in S. Florida? It always struck me as a party city
