Creepy ass movie. Like one poster mentioned before, this is made for theaters. The film reminds me of The Shining. Unlike some of yall, I liked the ending.

I peeped this shyt last night....

Pretty creepy movie, disturbing imagery.

Of course this wasn't a masterpiece but considering the shyt horror we've been getting for several years now, and now the little scraps we do get...this definitely stood out.

The music during the super 8 footage was mostly from black metal, ambient and industrial music bands.

Too many cheap jump scares to be considered among the elite in the horror genre, but definitely a step in the right direction for future horror movies

That and dude was an idiot for not informing police about the footage...then again there wouldn't be a movie, but still...

People need to realize this isnt the 70's or 80's anymore. This is as good as it gets in this day and age Not dissing though, I genuinely thought it was pretty good, hence my avi.

But direct to dvd horror > theatrical horror for a LONG time now

There is a lot of indie gems and overseas too. "Dread", "High Tension", "Martyrs", "The Host", "Inside", and "Grace" were all good in recent years.

Lars Von Trier's "Antichrist" is more than good, but it's kinda creepy:
