Yeah I'm going to take a victory lap on this one :smugdraper:

I have an uncanny ability to detect cacism and the sudden rush to judgment, the drive by hit job of online media after 17 years, the flood of gullible angry black women ready to off a black breh because white daddy said so reeks of it.

@SouthernBelle it's okay to trust my instincts. I've studied the ways of cacs and the art of cacism I see with a clear eye :whoo:

Go see the film Birth of a Nation, oh and...

don't sweat the technique :youngsabo:

salute that sista but unfortunately the court of public opinion and social media over-saturated with black male hating black women has already made up their mind :dame:

this shyt already spiraled way outta control, especially after hearing that the accuser committed suicide, that was like the final nail in the coffin

still gonna cop my ticket to watch cinematic mass slaughter of CACs & black liberation tho. You know why Im here

The second guy who was, indeed, convicted and only got off after he filed for an appeal because the victim decided not to testify again in the retrial (which is fairly typical of most victims...many of whom don't want to come forward in the first place).

Also, In my first post to you (which referred to your question about details of the case), I said that Nate was found not guilty so what new information are you sharing by tagging me? Finally, what exactly are you celebrating, that someone got off for raping a drunk girl? Congrats to and him? Again, our moral compasses point in very different directions, but more power to you (as I've said before).

He was convicted, but not for rape. There was no rape that took place.

If someone doesn't consent, it's rape. Nate invited the second and third guy, not her, and one of the guys testified that he declined Nate's invitation because "it didn't seem right."
She had consensual sex with him the following morning after the "rape" and she remembered him cumming on her back. That's not rape. That's regret.

I am sorry she killed herself though. Really, truly a terrible thing.

She has consensual sex with Celeste, the man convicted the morning after?

No, Nate. The other man she said raped her. Also, Celeste wasn't convicted of rape. So it doesn't mean anything either. If she was convinced that she was raped, she wouldn't have had sex with either man. The morning after. If she was that hurt.

So long story short, you are saying the Jury was wrong and Nate Parker needs to be in Jail, yes?

Exactly!!!! NO, she didn't have consensual sex with Celeste the morning after, the co-writer the morning after, so what was the point of you even saying that when I have acknowledged that Nate was found not guilty (which we all know doesn't actually mean innocent)?

Second, if you're referencing that transcript, the girl didn't even know how the other guy got invited and she did not consent to him. NATE invited two other guys, not her, and one said no thanks because "it didn't seem right."

Finally, whether you like it or not, it is rape if someone is too drunk to properly consent. For the sake of your sons, I hope you warn them of what can happen to their futures if they are careful enough fukking really drunk girls. I plan to warn mine.

I am lurking LSA right now. It's like a witch hunt. I swear, if you are a BM born in this generation, you are better dead than alive. BW hate you in this world. Absolutely hates you. No type of process whatsoever. I was equally disgusted by BM who attacked Korryn Gaines. I am just sick right now. We are fighting for our lives as Black ppl with white supremacy heating up with unprecedented temperatures and all we want to do is blame parents, the other gender, children, what the fukk is wrong with us!

If nate parker had a black wife i guarantee you black women would have rallied behind them

I guess they figure if he wants a white chicj let them defend him

First and foremost, I think juries often get it wrong and so do most black people (I'm sure you've as least thought that once in your life).

Second, I think juries today are more informed about intoxication and consent so I do believe if this happened today, the case could have gone another way.

Third, even with the above being said, I think Nate's case isn't as cut and dry given what happened the morning after and some juror still may not have been able to convict him beyond a reasonable doubt.

Fourth, given that Nate, and not the girl, invited the second and third guy (who decided that was a bad idea) and the girl was clearly intoxicated, I think his case is wayyyy more cut and dry.

Fifth, the only people who really care about rape are women so if they had a male judge, trust me, he would not still be in jail.

I didn't ask you all that. I asked a simple yes or no question.

Was the Jury Wrong Yes or No?
