You know what - if he hadn't said he knew her already - as completely hokey and over the top as this angle is probably going to end up, they could have made a twist out of it.
Bray keeps on saying Sister Abigail is coming. Matt ignores it. Then Reby turns on him, and helps Bray to win and we get the reveal that she's possessed.on some
She rolls with Bray for a while, and he gets a few wins. (Watch your girl though, Matt)
Then they do the vignettes with Reby fighting with Abigail for control of her soul.
As a last resort Matt has to find the one man who can exorcise his bride
But they have to take him to the Lake Of Reincarnation, and turn him into The Goodfather and Kama Mustafa first. .
When Reby is exorcised, she wakes up with the white streak in her hair like Matt's
