Computer desk job =
1.) messing with your sleep cycle from staring at the computer screen and throwing off your circadian rhythm.
2.) low vitamin D from being indoors all day.
3.) getting flabby and sick.
But you can combat that by
- asking for a filter screen for your monitor (or order one off amazon, I got it for my ipad too)
-being in the sun as much as possible during breaks, weekends and after work or taking some Vitamin D3 pills
-Using your lunch hour to walk around for 30 mins straight. Also, walk to the bathroom a lot.
