Situational - You're Stuck On An Island

your stuck to live on an island for 5 years and have no way of leaving or attempting to swim away because you aint bout that life and no way to make contact with outside sources to rescue ya punk ass


the island is filled with the materials you need to build a home to live and plenty of somewhat weak animals to hunt and fruits and veggies to gather


there is a catch though once the sun goes down the island is overrun with flying poisonous insects capable of killing you and you just somehow know this information but lucky you there is a bed with a bug net on it that washed ashore


you can only have one other person that can be unlucky enough to be stuck with you for these next years who will it be? and why?
