Supplements are very overrated. Your better off eating chicken, tunafish, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, and greek yogurt

Wouldn't be surprised if it had heavy metals in it like that one consumer reports said most low price/low quality proteins have in them, plus incomplete protein chains to boost "protein content" but it has little to no benefit inside your body. Basically lets them claim 20 g per serving by tricking the chemistry test but it could really be as low as 8 quality grams.

Would rather just pay the extra money for some higher quality products.
