Moreyball is anti-post ups and pro-small ball too, so I think that Embiid is the one who's more likely going to be the odd one out. And unless the Rockets plan on scoring the Earth and starting over, it's hard to see a scenario where Harden ends up in Philly alongside Embiid, as there's 0% chance the Rockets want a Ben/Russ pairing, which means a third-team would need to get in (like the Warriors) to send picks to the Rockets, in exchange for Ben.

You’d be surprised at how much people simply don’t pay attention to stuff. It was very clear Doc was who Morey wanted in Houston, and when that didn’t happen, that pretty much set on motion Morey to Philly once Doc signed. Morey was linked to Philly maybe 3-4 years ago until he signed that extension.
