lol you totally destroyed my whole scenario lol

in my scenario dwight is in chicago, deron is probably in dallas cause i doubt he resigns with new jersey without dwight there.

so bulls, heat, pacers knicks ill give you

celtics are dismantled after this season

sixers will not be better than that team

cleveland really?

that team (with jerry sloan or nate mcmillian) coaching is better than atlanta

milwaukee is a question mark because jennings and monta is the mini bron and wade experiment. can they work? they clashed a lot on the court.

so far we have 4 teams definitively better than that orlando team, a couple teams that are maybe and at best on par with that orlando team and then some teams you just taking a huge stretch on . so with that scenario orlando is a 6th -8th seed.

:heh:

Cleveland was not that terrible last year, Irving is the real deal... If they get Beal, Bradley, or Barnes and add that to Irving-Thompson-Varajeo they could slip in as an 8 seed. They have cap space to get another place or two to that core. And they are a fiesty team.

Sixers will be better, I expect them to make some moves that'll help their team.

Celtics will still be good, Rondo is still on their team.

Milwaukee I'm not completely sure, they have a chance though but I gotta see what moves they make this offseason.

Atlanta has Teague who is emerging, Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Al Horford, and the corpse of Tracy McGrady

the question was not what teams have a shot at making the playoffs. the question was what teams are clearly better than that orlando team i posted.

jameer, j rich, deng, ryan and noah with jerry sloan or nate mcmillian coaching. add the fact they still have some pieces for the bench and again, that is a playoff team.

everybody besides heat, bulls, knicks and pacers is a stretch.

again boston will not be boston next season unless they beat miami which is a huge stretch. ray allen and kg are for sure gone. rondo pierce bass jeff green and bradley is better than what i posted? really?

cleveland is not a lock for a playoff spot. they would have more question marks than that orlando team and again it wasnt a question of what teams could slip in the 8th seed it was who was clearly better than that orlando team i posted. you cannot say for sure even with a great pick in this years draft that that cleveland team is clearly better

you could argue that atlanta and philly will be on par, but you cant say they will be clearly better

and again milwaukee is a question mark. its not like monta was leading golden state to multiple playoff appearances and him and jennings do clash at times. can they figure it out?

so again that orlando team with good coaching can be a playoff team.

Dwight wants to be the star of the show. He'll always be in d rose's shadow in the chi, don't see the bulls as having a legit shot.

dwight does not have the offensive game to decide he wants to be an alpha dog. he needs a running mate, more importantly he needs a player that can get him the basketball. d rose can get him the basketball maybe better than any point guard in the league because of the double teams rose bring. with the exception of deron and cp3 of course

bulls have a legit shot.

but not the best shot. but its def better than what you are proposing with philly.dwight rather have d rose who aint even hit his prime yet along with a coach who's system plays right into all of dwight strengths, or iggy?

i still say lakers or clippers have the best shot though.

Iggy aka the worlds best perimeter defender

i dont know about all that

Rose and Deron Williams are pretty much even.

i give the edge to Rose but Deron Williams is up there with the elite players in this game. The Nets are just trash.

Exactly. My team could offer Pekovic, Williams, a S&T'd Beasley and 2 firsts, but that's not gonna mean Dwight's gonna be down to play alongside Love and Rubio, so they won't make that offer, and many teams that can offer rebuild starter kits like that most likely won't kick the tires on Dwight.

Conceivably any Clipper deal involving Blake Griffin works because they can offer him a 5 year extension, so Orlando's face of the franchise would be set for a long time.

the T'Wolves are a media darling and Rubio is the Great White Hype (he can still ball tho), the media pressure would be so great on Dwight to resign that no amount of Freemasonry tomfoolery from WWW and the gang will be able to counteract it.

never overestimate the heart of a bytch breh.

Phila
If true, Id be happy as a philly fan to hear the owners are working real hard to make this happen. However, long story short, it won't. My projection for this offseason for philly

- Lou opts out and isn't resigned
-Brand is amnestied, but Sixers restructure a contract and he's back in philly (has open stated he would be willing to do this if done right)
-Sixers sign Humphries (or Carl Landry)
- Sixers sign a shooter and upgrades from Meeks/ Lou will replacement (Courtney Lee/George Hill), or draft Dion Waiters with 15th pick

Thats all thats happening, make a play for 2013 free agency after our teams looks like a team people will want to play for the future

-Jrue/veteran/ 2nd round pick
-Turner/Lee
-Iggy/Thad
-Humphries/Brand/Moultrie (15 overall)
-Vucevic/Allen

That team can look good and make it to the 2nd round again next year, then make a power move after that........ And unlike most philly basketball fans expectations, (philly fans are usually on point in most sports, but awful in basketball) its realistic
