I mean those bigs are not a luxury anymore seriously. I just think he is expendable.

Breh Okafor is 19 demanding double teams and still average close to 20 points a game with no help. He has better post moves than most bigs and will only get better.
Noel on the other hand great shot blocker horrible rebounder and very undersized which is why he can't rebound against tough bigs. He brings nothing offensively which means it is 4 vs 5 on the court.

Honestly id trade Noel too. He is better than Okafor for now but Okafor has more potential.
Than I'd keep Okafor for a few months and see how he embiid and Simmons do. If embiid looks fully healthy but those 3 can't play together than you trade Okafor for some 3andD guy. If embiid is playing well but you still fear his injuries than you trade him for 3andD guy.
The funny thing is I think you gotta take Simmons but Dario Saric is basically the Euro version of Simmons. So this team makes no sense. They desperately need guard play. Guys that can shoot. I know Brett Brown believes you can make anyone a shooter but we've seen how well that's worked out with Noel so far.
