As for that spoiler photo, folks shouldn't act surprised when most unretouched model photos look exactly like that before getting the photoshop treatment. It's wild to see photos of 'thin' people get all the curves, bulges and wrinkles moved, removed and smoved out. Wouldn't be no thang to photoshop that last photo the same way.
