I feel this track doesn't get enough praise.

Daz and Quik on the boards :wow: the live instruments :wow: Nate Dogg killing the hook :wow: Pac's flow :wow:

Dangerous and ambitious, while schemin on gettin riches
I'm spittin at tricks cause I'm addicted to pretty bytches
Currency motivated, not easily terminated
Now that we made it, my nikkas can never be faded

Also, I'd like to nominate Hellrazor as the most underrated Pac track. It has everything that we love the GOAT for :wow:

Police on my pager, straight stressin
A fugitive my occupation is under question
Wanted for investigation, and even though
I'm marked for death, I'ma spark til I lose my breath
Motherfukkers, every time I see the paper
I see my picture, when a nikka's gettin richer
They come to get ya, it's like a motherfukkin trap
And they wonder why it's hard bein black

:mjcry:

Tell me Lord can ya feel me, show a sign
Damn near running outta time, everybody's dyin
Mama raised a hellrazor, can't figure
Why you let the police beat down nikkaz
I'm startin to think all the rich in the world is safe
While the po' babies restin in the early graves
God come save the youth
Ain't nothin else to do but have faith in you
Dear Lord I live the life of a Thug, hope you understand
Forgive me for my mistakes, I gotta play my hand
And my hand's on the sixteen-shot, semi-automatic
crooked cop killin Glock, tell me Lord
Can ya feel me? Show a way
I'm prayin but my enemies won't go away
And everywhere I turn I see nikkaz burn
Every nikka that I know's on death row
My younger homie's seventeen and he paid a price
Little young motherfukker doin triple life
Though I tell him in his letters, it's gettin better
If my nikka knew the truth he'd hit the roof
Just heard ya baby's mama was smoked out, fukk the drama
Wanna break my Loc out, smokin blunts
Gettin drunk off that Tanqueray gin
Bout to break my nikka out the fukkin pen

:pacspit:

Little girl like LaTasha, had to die
She never got to see the bullet, just heard the shot
Her little body couldn't take it, it shook and dropped
And when I saw it on the news I see busta girl killin 'Tasha
Now I'm screamin fukk the world, in the end
it's my friends, that flip-flop
Lip-locked on my dikk when my shyt drop
Thug Life motherfukker I lick shots
Every nikka on my block dropped two cops
Dear Lord can ya hear me, when I die
Let a nikka be strapped, fukked up, and high
with my hands on the trugger, Thug nikka
Stressin like a motherfukkin drug dealer
And even in the darkest nights, I'm a Thug for Life
I got the heart to fight now
Mama raised a hellraiser why cry
That's just life in the ghetto, do or die

His music was therapy for life...especially black pain.

Other rappers kick knowledge and all that kind of shyt, but Pac was the most cathartic IMO.Breh was just so practical and in tune with society. That's what I liked about Pac.His music was more testimonial than it was "kicking knowledge".As I said before, he was extraordinary at being ordinary. That was his gift. While everybody's brainstorming, trying to come up with the dopest "lyrical miracle metaphorical" rhyme, Pac was like what about our basic humanity? what about Brenda?...Latasha? ....Yummy? One of the most humane artist of all time.I'd even argue the most practical/"real"......when I say "real", I don't mean the most gangsta/hardest nicca of all time.Just saying he told you like it is.He wasn't afraid to speak his truth. What rapper would tell you their moms was a crackhead before Pac? He knew that would give hope to millions of kids in that situation.....Pac was wayyyy beyond these niccaz, man:wow:

Is there a song more relevant than this right now?
