Anybody who says THPS is better than Skate either never gave Skate a chance or was just really bad at it.

Press X to ollie and Triangle to grind, brehs.

Skate was one of my favorite franchises on last gen. It's a travesty EA shut it down. Skate and Fight Night are their best sports games, imo.

One of them is discontinued and the other disappears for years

Yeah THPS was cool on PS1, but Skate came in and crushed the buildings. Changed skating games for the better and had them Tony Hawk nikkas scrambling to do something new and ended up with this awful thing

I was shocked at how difficult Skate was. I remember spending at least 30 minutes before being able to line up and grind on a rail after a kickflip.

I liked Skate 2 more than Skate 3 because it had local multiplayer

Skate. was so pure and authentic.

The shyt you could do on Skate was much more realistic and believable than the bullshyt Casper to 360 flip spam for 20 minutes after a round timer ended just to get billion point combos in THPS.

You get a dope grind and pop out of that with a dope varial on skate. and shyt felt and looked ill. Put so much time into that game. shyt was more street style oriented and technical, but the vert game was still dope and fun too.
