Then eat your 8 small meals a day

It can be snacks as well but just make sure you getting your calories.

And the thing about the shakes they don't need to be milk at all. Or it can be almond milk, juice, water, etc. can be mixed with fruit, a couple scoops and a full blender should be 2-3 shakes a day.

Understand, people do this weight gaining, strength building/gaining shyt for a living. Ive done this many times in my life. I'm currently in a cutting/weightloss type phase after taking a break and getting kinda chubby from recently bad habits. I'm cutting my calories, increasing my cardio, and moving to high reps/low weight workouts, long distance cardio, HIIT workouts, supersets, and two-a-days for hopefully the next 2 months at the most.

There is no way you're getting big without the calories. Without the proper protein intake (no need to over do it), you're not giving what your muscles need to properly repair itself. Also proper hydration and etc.

2k-2500 is about the basic calorie intake just for everyday functioning. If you trying to gain size in the cleanest way possible, you got to invest this shyt.

:mindblown:

Again you don't need 8 meals to eat 2500 calories. You easily eat 1500 calories a meal 3x a day!

You sure can if you eat larger meals. Eating 8 little meals isn't needed. Drinking protein could help fill avoid but isn't a must!
Bruh, how long have you been doing this :comeon:

Eat More Meals. Small meals are easier to eat than big ones. They don’t make you feel stuffed. Wake up earlier, eat breakfast, and then eat 3-4 more meals a day.

Read more How to Gain Weight Naturally for Skinny Guys: The Definitive Guide

And notice, it says 3-4 MORE meals... Meaning than what you already eat

This is basic shyt that pro bodybuilders, powerlifters, and football players/athletes/gymnasts have been doing it for decades.

Ive studied this shyt since I was a kid and I was much more into it than most people are now that it's cool to lift..

I had a stepfather in the NFL, knew personal trainers (worked at a gym most of HS), had a personal trainer, trained others, etc. on top of me being in football (the reason I put on so much weight was to try and walk on in Floria), boxing, etc.

This is basic shyt bruh. I agree a lot of what you said and ultimately I believe in experimenting to find what works for you, but at least know the basics first, at least have TRIED the basics first yourself, especially before giving advice to others

It depends on the lifestyle. When I was in college, I barely had time to prep and cook up big meals, had to eat things on the go. Turkey sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches, protein shakes etc.

If you make protein shakes, you make that shyt like a meal.

Two scoop that fukker, put some peanut butter in it, add whatever else. I make 1000 calorie ones if I need to.

Nothing wrong with a protein shake but here's some issues:

-Everyone doesn't have an extra 50 bucks a month for a jar
of protein.

- Unless your getting a premium brand a lot of the protein on the market is TRASH.

-You body isn't gonna digest as much protein as the advertisers say it is (after about 25 grams it goes into your fat cells)

Protein is a useful tool but you don't need it to get started.
Whole food will be the basis of any diet.

You think someone is going to put on a significant amount of weight with 2500 a day in 8 weeks :heh:

6-8 meals is standard bruh. You trying to down 1500 calories per meal PLUS stay hydrated :heh:

A banana and a protein shake is like 300 calories at the least... Especially mixed together:heh:

trust me, if youre trying to put on weight, 8 small meals a day between 400-500 calories (maybe 6 on off days) is the better way than trying to pound 1500 calories in one sitting and still drink the proper amount of fluid in one sitting.

1 shake takes care of most of that on top of eating your regulr daily meals

It's a placeholder. It takes more than a month for me to run through mine. Everything in mediation

I tried the protein shake thing, and i've given up it's not for me. I diagnosed myself as lactose intolerant because that shyt irks my stomach badly. I can't drink it without wanting to puke. But I understand it's just a supplement, it's not need. HOWEVER, a lot of guides revolve their info around protein shakes. One in the morning, one after workout, and one before bed. I can't do that. Without it i'm only getting 2k-2500k cals a day, if i'm lucky. How do I go about filling the void with solely food? Remember, us skinny dudes have a hard time eating that much food. It's easy to say eat X amount but it's another story for us when the food is actually in our faces and we're already full to the brim after 2 meals. :francis:

you gotta make it taste better,i make a shake with ice cream, fruit, banannas, peanut butter, dried oatmeal and add the protein to it:banderas:....Or you can just put some chocalte protein in hot water and drink it like hot coco.....And you right people seem to think its that easy talkin about eat big meals 6 times a day:childplease:

skinny nikkas cant hold that much food and aint nobody got time for that.....folks told me how unhealthy it was,but shakes and ramen noodles everyday got me right pretty easty.....I can do about 3 thousand calories effortlessly without even trying.....not tryna kill nobody, but its a good cheap way to maybe get you to a good starting point....I like what OP sayin, but i cant eat that many times, and i dont like cooking like that....shakes is really the only means for a skinny nikka to do it.

I thought i couldnt handle lactose too,but it seems more like if i stop drinking milk and start back up i have a bad reaction....I kindve gotta get my stomach back into the routine of drinking milk and I'm straight though.

Everything that glitters ain't gold breh.

A naturally skinny should have nothing to worry about. A few month of eating hardy ain't gone a skinny Niggga.

:usure:
Just cause you're skinny doesn't mean you don't have have precursors for heart related diseases.

So if this skinny guy follows this "hardy" meal plan for months when he stops then what? Look man you the same dude on that keto wave, im telling you man do some research against keto. You will see the negatives outweigh the positives, the only reason why people like keto so much is cause you get to eat fatty meats vs a kale salad. EAT TO LIVE,DONT LIVE TO EAT.

Bruh are you even qualified to give new nikkas advice when you most likely just getting started:mjlol:

And when did I specifically said SHAKES. I said shakes make eating easier, but if you read the article it basically justified what I am saying and that was just a simple google and the way I was TAUGHT.

Ive been lifting and working out almost 2/3 of my life. I started boxing in Middleschool :mjlol:

You jacking your own thread with so-so information, especially to new people. You say you been doing it for years but giving advice like youve been doing it off youtube vids from people who have gotten their size based off the shyt I'm telling you then decided to give out "shortcuts" when there aren't none.

You basically telling them to stuff themselves every meal 3 times a day which I don't think is wise. Not everybody has that time or stomach capacity to even hold that much.

Im losing weight and Ive eaten 2 meals today and on my second protein shake now.

Without milk, 1 scoop is 180 calories:heh:

With milk, 400 calories in one sitting and thats without fruits (which also helps with hydration) and etc.

Mix a full blender with 3 scoops and thats 3 shakes worth 500 calories each that can be drank on its own or ate with small meals.

And it's cheaper/quicker than the shyt you talking about.

I'm drinking mines with water and bee pollen, at the most 200 calories. Plus another 100 for hydration (pedialyte) that I personally have to drink for the amount of working out I am currently doing to lose weight.
