Figure out your calorie maintenance level.......eat about 500/day over that. Make sure you're hitting about your bodyweight in protein, and you should be good to grow.

Do Not Start Eating Crazy (yet).

You'll probably gain weight to start off just because youre new.
Just focus on eating whole foods...stay away from junk. Dont make it harder than what it is, you know bullshyt when you eat it.
